AI Kiosk is a cloud-native Agentic AI customer support platform built with Flutter, Next.js, FastAPI microservices, and Azure Kubernetes. It uses a locally hosted MiniMax LLM with PostgreSQL Vector DB and RAG to deliver intelligent, context-aware support, guidance, and appointment workflows. Real-time interaction is powered by Socket.IO, while PostgreSQL manages operational data across the distributed microservices ecosystem.
